13. Workshop and Event Cancellation

Participants may cancel workshop or event registrations up to 7 days before the scheduled date for a full refund. Cancellations made within 7 days of the event are subject to a 50% cancellation fee. SolsticeGlide reserves the right to cancel or reschedule events due to unforeseen circumstances, with registered participants receiving full refunds or alternative dates.

14. Limitation of Liability

In no case shall SolsticeGlide, its directors, officers, or employees be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the website or services, even if SolsticeGlide has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

15. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms of Service shall be resolved through negotiation between the parties. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Tokyo, Japan, in accordance with Japanese law.
